Gyudmed Ngarampa Thupten Tsondu he was born in Tibet fled to India  seek political asylum with parents and H.H.The Dalai lama. before he became monk under kind supportive Indian Government in the northern Indian region of Himalayas , received academic educations to the 7th grade in modern subjects.

When he was 13 as his wish, he admitted in Gyudmed Tantric Monastery and become a Monk.  until 1995 about a Quarter century, he has well studied both of sutra and Tantra. Specialized in the Tantrayana. In 1995 among 400 monks have given both of sutra and Tantric Dialectic Exam and finally got 1st Division certificate in the Sutra and Tantrayana called (NGARAMPA ) Which is equivalent to Geshe Lharampa.

During the period of 1985,1991,1994,1996,2003,2006 separately visited USA, Canada, Switzerland, England, Mongolia, japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Nepal and India to share  Tibetan Buddhist philosophies and teachings in the above Countries.  Since 1985 he started teach ritual chanting,Sand Mandala,Dialectic Debate to young monks in Gyudmed Monastery. also he tought Sand Mandala and Ritual chanting to Gadan Jangtse and Drepung Gomang Monks. also he wrote one book on Tantric ritual, chanting and different Mandalas which have more than 400 pages. As he was elected by the majority Gyudmed Monks since 1996 up to May 2001 he has assumed the responsibility of the chief Administrator of Gyudmed Tantric Monastic school and Gyudmed Tantric Monastic University and served for Five spring seasons. Also from 1998 to 2001 elected by the majority all the local Tibetans who live in Tibetan Rabgyaling Settlement around 4500 Tibetans elected him for Vice Chairmen of Local Tibetan Assembly. Gyudmed Monastery is included in this Tibetan Settlements. After this, as he was invited by Pethub Stengeyling Monastery in Mongolia in July 2001. He took the DORJEE LOPON or VAJRA MASTER responsibility and served there for 14 Months. also  he took responsibility and helping to GYUD Monastery in Ulaan Bataar ( Mongolia).During the 1986 and 1996 Gyudmed Monasteries officially tour he represented as the tour Co-ordinator on the behalf of our Monastery. Also April 2004 as some Monastery and Nunnery in Vietnam invited him. He visited North, south and center Vietnam and shared Buddhist philosophy between Tibetan and Vietnamese . also as  some Buddhist invite him for some teachings in Bangkok Thailand.

In 1980 he did 2 months retreat of Yamantaka diety.(pa-jig)
In 1987 he did 3 month retreat of Gyuhasamaza diety (sang-du)
In 1990 he did 3 months retreat of Yamantaka diety ( Lha-chusum) and Chogyal (dharma protector)
In 2004 he did following Practice (Nyon-dro) in Gyudmed.
1) Guru Yoga ( lamee nyaljor)100,000 times.
2) Dorjee Sempa (Vayra satva) ( yeg- gya ) 100,000 times
3) Meg-tsema ( Tsong khapa)100,000 times
4) Mandala ( Mendrel) 100,000 times
5) Kab-dro (Three jewels) 100,000 times

Also he did 100,000 times whole body prostration front of Bodhi tree and stupa in Bodh Gaya in 2004.

Also in 2005 as invitation from Koudoh Gakusha Institute Seta Gaya Tokyo he visited there around one month for Create Sand mandala, Fire Puja and some teachings. After that from June to November 2005 he revisited in Mongolia to gave teachings and helping to many Mongolians. During he was in Mongolia specially he visited some high school, University and gave teachings to the prisoners.

From March to July 2006 he traveled around 21 different city's in USA for teachings and sand mandala etc. during  the tour he  received HONORARY CITIZENSHIP certificate from the office of   City Mayor Baltimore. after that in mid of July he revisited in Tokyo JP for two week and August 2006 to March 2007 he revisited in Mongolia and gave teachings and empowerment to public and university students. currently he is  in  USA giving teachings to the American Buddhist
